Job summary

Boots Hearingcare in the United Kingdom is seeking a Multi-Store Hearing Aid Audiologist to support a group of clinics across the region. You’ll play a key role in maintaining clinical excellence, ensuring continuity of care, and delivering strong patient outcomes backed by Sonova.

The role covers travel between sites with evenings or weekend work as required, supported by robust regional planning and centralised admin.

Qualifications

• BSc in Audiology (or equivalent) and HCPC registration are required.
• 2+ years’ post-qualification experience is required.
• Strong clinical audit results and CPD compliance are expected.
• Commercial awareness with a customer-focused mindset is essential.
• Excellent administrative and organisational skills are essential.
• Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own car are required.

Responsibilities

This is an opportunity to operate as a Multi-Store Audiologist, supporting a group of established clinics across the region. The multi-store environment

You’ll work across a number of modern, well-equipped clinics, each supported by strong local teams and centralised admin.

The role

As a Multi-Store Hearing Aid Audiologist, you’ll:

• Provide continuity and stability across the region
• Take ownership of clinical standards and customer outcomes in each location
• Act as a trusted clinical presence for both customers and store teams
• Confidently recommend solutions from our full product portfolio
• Work flexibly across the region, including some evenings or weekends where required

Travel between sites is a core part of the role and is fully supported.

This role is ideal for clinicians who want to broaden their impact and take the next step in their career.
