Job summary

Boots Hearingcare is seeking an experienced Hearing Aid Audiologist to operate as a Multi-Store Audiologist across a region of clinics. You will maintain clinical excellence, support performance, and ensure continuity of care with the scale and backing of Boots Hearingcare and Sonova.

You’ll travel between sites to deliver high-quality hearing care, with access to the latest technology, structured diaries for thorough consultations, and strong operational support to drive patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years post-qualification experience
• HCPC registration
• Strong clinical audit results and CPD compliance
• Commercial awareness with a customer-focused mindset
• Excellent administrative and organisational skills
• Full UK Drivers Licence and access to own car.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, customer-centric hearing care across multiple clinics
• Provide continuity and stability across the region
• Take ownership of clinical standards and customer outcomes in each location
• Act as a trusted clinical presence for customers and store teams
• Confidently recommend solutions from the full product portfolio
• Work flexibly across the region, including some evenings or weekends where required

This is an opportunity to operate as a Multi-Store Audiologist, supporting a group of established clinics across the region. You’ll play a key role in maintaining clinical excellence, supporting performance, and ensuring continuity of care- backed by the scale, stability, and investment of Boots Hearingcare and Sonova.

The multi-store environment

You’ll work across a number of modern, well-equipped clinics, each supported by strong local teams and centralised admin.
