Job summary

Marks & Spencer in the United Kingdom is seeking a Store Manager to own the full operation of a store, lead from the front, and deliver against the retail plan. You will create a store where customers love to shop and colleagues are proud to work in, building resilient, commercial, and inspiring teams.

You will drive the strategy, coach managers, use data to illuminate opportunities, and ensure standards and service translate into profit and value for customers and the business.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to analyse data and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of the full retail plan across the store, driving commercial, operational, visual and people performance.
• Set strategy and direction for the store, ensuring every colleague knows their part and is held to account.
• Own the change agenda with clear, urgent transformation initiatives.
• Build a high-performance culture by coaching managers and growing talent.
• Use data and insight to unlock opportunities and drive profit, service, and efficiency.
• Drive digital adoption and omnichannel capability to selling across platforms.
