·Deliver pre-match priming strategies and recovery sessions tailored to fixtures and tournaments.

·Develop a long-term vision and infrastructure for athletic development, aligned with the College’s broader sports strategy.

3. Strategic Collaboration

·Liaise regularly with the Director of Sport, Heads of Sport, coaching staff, academic tutors, to align programming with student needs and academic demands.

·Develop links with external clubs, academies, counties, and national pathways to support students engaged in high-level sport.

·Engage parents and carers with clear and informative communication on physical development, training loads, and wellbeing.

·Expertise in athletic development and youth physical training principles.

·Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative and student-centred approach.

·Commitment to safeguarding, wellbeing, and the holistic development of young people.

·UKSCA accreditation or equivalent strength and conditioning certification.

·Experience delivering long-term athletic development frameworks within schools or performance environments.

·Familiarity with performance tracking systems and athlete monitoring software.
