Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver in-person, face-to-face training sessions across multiple regional sites.
  • Support mandatory training and leadership development programmes.
  • Work with operational teams to identify and meet local training needs.
  • Maintain accurate training records and attendance data.
  • Coordinate your training calendar to ensure national service coverage.
  • Contribute to training needs analysis and development planning.

About You

  • A recognised training qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience delivering training in a dispersed or multi-site organisation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage your own schedule.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally on a regular basis.
  • Experience delivering both in-person and online training.
  • Experience in a health or social care setting.
  • Knowledge of best practice in training design and delivery.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary: £32,000 - £35,000 per year
  • Flexible remote working when not on site
