About The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Panel Technician to join our modern bodyshop in Westerhope. This is a permanent, full-time role suited to someone confident in structural and cosmetic panel work, with the flexibility to support across other workshop areas when needed.
You’ll be working in a clean, well-equipped facility with a close-knit, supportive team. If you’re looking for stable weekday work and a long-term role with a professional repair business, this is a great opportunity.
What We Offer
£18.00 per hour
£42,120 basic annual salary (based on 45 hours/week), uncapped bonus
Performance-related bonus structure
Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM
No weekend work

Key Responsibilities
Complete structural and cosmetic panel repairs to manufacturer and industry standards
Carry out panel replacements and filler work, prepwork and polishing
Support with multi-skilled duties where needed (e.g. light mechanical or strip & fit)
Meet productivity targets without compromising on quality
Ensure workspace remains clean, organised, and safe
Liaise with workshop control to keep jobs moving efficiently
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in panel repair and replacement within an accident repair centre
Strong practical skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with modern materials and repair techniques
Basic understanding of related mechanical or trim work
Good communication and time management skills
A team player with a reliable and responsible attitude
