Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off

Location: Consett / Durham

The Role

As a multi-skilled maintenance engineer, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting planned and preventative maintenance, as well as responding to breakdowns
• Fault finding on electrical components including three-phase systems, control panels, inverters, drives, motors, and PLCs
• Mechanical work on gears, motors, and conveyors
• Managing your own projects to reduce downtime

Requirements

To be successful, you should have:

• An NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent in mechanical or electrical engineering
• Experience in fault finding both mechanically and electrically
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
