Product Support Engineer - **MUST BE BASED IN NORTHERN IRELAND**

MCS Group is delighted to be exclusively partnering up with a fantastic, new Cyber Security focused organisation on their search for a Product Support Engineer to join their growing team here in Belfast. This multi-national SAAS house champions career progression and growth, as well as a very trusting and flexible working environment.

What You'll Do
  • Troubleshoot technical issues across Linux, AWS, databases, and containers

  • Support users through tickets, live chat, and screen shares

  • Create documentation and contribute to the knowledge base

  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams on escalations

  • Work US business hours, 2pm-10pm

What You'll Bring
  • Strong problem-solving skills and technical curiosity

  • Experience with cloud infrastructure, networking, and debugging

  • Excellent communication and customer service mindset

  • Bonus: familiarity with SAML, REST APIs, SQL, JIRA, or Salesforce
