Job summary

Anne Corder Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Tradesperson to work across commercial and industrial sites, carrying out PPM, maintenance and refurbishment works without a call out rota.

You will carry out plumbing, carpentry, plastering, tiling and basic electrical tasks, with a hands-on approach, a full clean UK driving licence and your own hand tools.

Qualifications

• Multi-trade background to include plumbing, heating or electrics.
• Full clean UK driving licence, along with personal hand tools and battery drills as a minimum.
• A hands-on, organised and professional approach, with good communication skills and pride in delivering quality work.

Responsibilities

• Complete a wide range of commercial refurbishment works, including plumbing, carpentry, plastering, tiling, flooring and basic electrical tasks.
• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across commercial and industrial client sites.
• Undertake property alterations, repairs, installations and small works projects to a high professional standard.
• Diagnose faults, identify appropriate solutions and complete repairs efficiently with minimal disruption to clients.
• Work independently and alongside other trades while maintaining excellent health, safety, quality and housekeeping standards.

Are you an experienced Multi-Skilled Tradesperson looking for a varied, hands-on role where you can work across commercial and industrial sites, carrying out PPM, maintenance and refurbishment works without a call out rota?

Job Title: Multi-Skilled Tradesperson

Location: Peterborough

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 + overtime

Benefits: Fully expensed vehicle and fuel card, pension, workwear and PPE provided, 20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, with additional long service holiday accrual after five years

This Multi-Skilled Tradesperson role is a brilliant opportunity for a skilled commercial or industrial facilities professional who takes pride in quality workmanship, enjoys variety of work. You will be supporting the Facilities department, while also assisting the Mechanical department when required, carrying out remedial repairs, PPM, installations, inspections and compliance-led work across multiple sites.

As a Multi-Skilled Tradesperson, your responsibilities will include:
