Job summary

Construction Resources Limited is seeking a proactive Multi Trade Operative to service residential properties across North and East London, with occasional work in South London. You will perform plumbing repairs, carpentry tasks, and general maintenance while upholding health and safety and customer service standards.

The role requires diagnosing faults, working with PDA-based systems, and delivering a first-class service in occupied properties.

Qualifications

• NVQ or City & Guilds Level 2 as a minimum.
• Clean and valid UK driving licence.
• DBS check, or willingness to undertake.
• Part P qualification – desirable.
• Experience working in tenanted/occupied properties.

Responsibilities

• Undertake plumbing repairs and minor installations.
• Perform carpentry duties, including repairs and basic joinery.
• Support with a broad range of general property maintenance duties.
• Diagnose faults and complete effective repairs.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Ensure all work meets health and safety, quality and customer service standards.
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach when working in occupied properties.
• Accurately update job information using PDA/digital systems.

Multi Trade Operative

We are recruiting experienced and versatile Multi Trade Operatives to join our client in the Strafford area.

In this role, you’ll carry out reactive repairs and general property maintenance across residential properties, helping to ensure homes are safe, comfortable and well-maintained. You’ll be supported by modern digital systems designed to keep work flowing efficiently and provide you with the information you need to deliver a first-class service.

Responsibilities

As a Multi Trade Operative, you will be expected to cover North and East London, with occasional work in South London.

The successful candidate will ideally have:

• Experience using PDA or mobile job management systems.
• Additional relevant trade qualifications.
• NVQ or City & Guilds Level 2 qualification as a minimum.
