Job summary

Home Group Limited is seeking a Multi Skilled Operative in Hatfield to join our repairs and maintenance team. You will carry out high-quality, right-first-time maintenance across our properties, with a focus on multi-trade delivery and customer satisfaction.

The role requires experience across multiple trades and a valid driving licence to cover sites from Luton to Colchester. You will work Monday to Friday with an on-call rota and generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Construction qualification required.
• Experience across joinsery, carpentry, plastering, tiling, brickwork, groundwork, or basic plumbing.
• Full driving licence required for company van and travel.

Responsibilities

• Complete all allocated jobs right first time with a whole job repair approach.
• Skilling across trades to improve first-time fixes and reduce visits.
• Deliver high-quality, compliant work.
• Jobs scheduled so you know where to be.
