Job summary

Fairhive Homes in Aylesbury is offering an Apprenticeship - Multi Skilled, earning £15,265 per annum. This full-time, permanent role lets you earn while you learn as you gain hands-on experience across a range of trades and work towards a Level 3 qualification.

You'll be supported by experienced colleagues and mentors, developing skills in carpentry, plumbing, plastering, decorating and more while helping maintain and improve homes for residents.

Qualifications

• This apprenticeship offers hands-on experience across trades while working towards a Level 3 qualification.
• Supported by experienced colleagues and mentors throughout the programme.
• Apprentice Multi Trade Operative assists with repairs and maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with responsive repairs, planned maintenance and void property works.
• Learn to diagnose issues and carry out repairs safely and to a high standard.
• Work across multiple trades while delivering customer service in residents' homes.
