Qualifications

• Broad construction background across plastering, carpentry/joinery and bricklaying.
• Relevant industry qualification.
• Confident working with and developing young learners.
• Teaching/training experience beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver practical Level 1 construction and multi-skills training.
• Teach small groups across construction trades.
• Plan and deliver practical and classroom-based sessions.
• Monitor learner progress and provide ongoing support.
• Help learners develop the skills needed to progress within construction.
• Maintain a safe and supportive training environment.
