• Interest in practical, hands-on work and problem solving.
• Willingness to learn across multiple trades and assist with repairs.
• Strong communication and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist with responsive repairs across trades.
• Support planned maintenance tasks and void property works.
• Learn safe repair techniques and high-quality workmanship.
• Diagnose issues and help complete repairs under supervision.
• Provide excellent service to residents in their homes.
