A leading Facilities & Maintenance provider is looking for an experienced Multi Skilled Technician for a project in Lymington. The role involves maintaining various systems, fault finding, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Job description

Job Title: Multi Skilled Technician

Location: Lymington

Contract Type: FTC with the opportunity to go Permanent

An industry leading Facilities & Maintenance provider is seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Technician to join them on a project near Lymington.

Duties:

• Ensure that the various pre planned maintenance schedules are kept up to date and maintained as may be required
• Complete the duties of an HVAC/Mechanical/Electrical Engineer
• Carry out fault finding and defect rectification to items of installed plant and equipment as may be defined and specified
• Escort contractors around the site as and when required in accordance with written procedures

Requirements:

• Qualification in an Electrical discipline (City & Guilds, NVQ or equivalent)
• Proven experience in building services maintenance
• Strong multi-skilled knowledge, able to work confidently on both electrical and mechanical systems
• Competence in fault finding, planned maintenance, and compliance procedures
• Familiarity with BMS systems and working within SLA/KPI-driven environments
• Excellent communication skills and client-facing approach
• Knowledge of relevant regulations, including health & safety legislation
