Job summary

Mondelez International is looking for a Multi Skilled Technician to operate and maintain production equipment at our Bournville plant in Birmingham. You will play a key role in optimizing our equipment and ensuring safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance and repair of production equipment, preferably in a food production environment.
• Sound understanding of safety and quality standards for operating & maintaining machines.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Repairing and maintaining production equipment to achieve safety, quality, cost and performance targets.
• Using technical expertise to optimise equipment using AM (autonomous maintenance) and PM (progressive maintenance).
• Observing safety processes and conducting quality assurance activities.
