Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Track company entity changes that require initiation of new recordal projects.
• Liaise with third-party agents and vendors on existing and new recordal projects.
• Monitor ongoing recordal projects and participate in routine review meetings.
• Create trademark reports from Anaqua and provide data analysis.
• Assist with formal document preparation and execution.
• Open, manage, and track support tickets for the Anaqua Database through to full resolution.

Responsibilities encompass the processing of trademark name and address change recordals, formal document management, trademark record auditing to ensure data integrity, and the development of trademark reports and data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
