Warburtons Enfield bakery is recruiting a Multi Skilled Engineer to join a large-scale, 24/7 FMCG operation in Brimsdown, North London. You will perform planned and preventative maintenance, troubleshoot, and implement robust long-term fixes across bakery equipment.

The role requires experience in a manufacturing setting, with electrical or mechanical engineering background, fault finding, and a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

Experience as a multi-skilled shift engineer in a manufacturing setting.
Electrical or mechanical engineering background with HSE compliance.
Experience with fault finding and root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

Complete daily preventative maintenance to high standards.
Drive improvements in asset reliability and reduce downtime.
Use SAP PM effectively to manage maintenance work orders.
Develop maintenance approaches for bakery equipment.
Ensure health and safety legislation and standards are met.
Comply with quality and food safety regulations.
