Echo Personnel Limited is recruiting 2 x Multi Skilled Production Operatives (Warehouse) for a well-established food manufacturing business based in Corby. This is a permanent role for experienced warehouse and production professionals seeking a long-term career with excellent earning potential. FLT experience is essential.

Starting salary £34,706 per annum, rising to £40,831 after successful probation. Working hours average 42 per week on a Panama shift pattern (06:00–18:00 / 18:00–06:00), 7

Qualifications

• Valid FLT licence (essential)
• Previous warehouse experience (essential)
• Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment (desirable)
• Food manufacturing experience (desirable)
• Good understanding of health & safety and workplace procedures
• Ability to work a rotating Panama shift pattern
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work independently

Responsibilities

• Operate production and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
• Support daily manufacturing and warehouse operations
• Load, unload, move, and store materials using a forklift truck (FLT)
• Complete production tasks in line with company procedures and quality standards
• Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety requirements are followed
• Carry out checks to maintain product quality and minimise waste
• Maintain a clean and organised working environment
• Work closely with team members to achieve production targets and support continuous improvement
• Complete all required documentation accurately
