Gilmartins are recruiting for an experienced Plumber Multi Trader with additional trades including basic carpentry & electrics, patch plastering, tiling.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in social housing and will be involved in reactive repairs for local authorities and housing associations.

The role involves work and travel in the South West London area, covering main post codes such as SE11, SE21, SE27, and SW9. Properties are located across these areas, requiring regular travel.

• Carry out property repairs and maintenance in social housing

Requirements:

• Full UK manual driving license (not EU or automatic)
• Own tools

Hours: 8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday, with call-outs once every 4 weeks, including on-call from Monday to Sunday, 5pm to 1am (£35-£50 per call out).
