Gilmartins are recruiting for an experienced Plumber Multi Trader with additional trades to include basic carpentry & electrics, patch plastering, tiling skills.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in social housing.

We work in social housing and provide reactive repairs for local authorities and housing associations.

The role involves work and travel within the South West London area, with main postcodes including SE11, SE21, SE27, and SW9.

Properties for this well-known Housing Association are spread across these areas, so regular travel is a requirement.

Hours of Work

8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday, with call-outs as required, approximately once every 4 weeks. On-call hours are from Monday to Sunday, 5pm to 1am (£35-£50 per call-out).
