Reporting to the Contracts Manager, the Multi Skilled Plumber will be responsible for undertaking various planned and reactive tasks, from complex repairs to the resolution of minor plumbing issues. Due to the nature of the sites, you will be required to undergo DBS checks and security vetting, which are essential for this position.

About The Role

Location: Liverpool

Hours: 40 hrs, Monday to Friday

Contract Type: Full Time/Permanent

The Multi Skilled Plumber Shall:

• Work as part of the GRAHAM FM Team, responsible for completing reactive and remedial repairs as directed by the GRAHAM Helpdesk, including plumbing, heating, ventilation systems, or minor building fabric repairs, depending on experience.
• Provide exceptional maintenance services to high-profile clients, ensuring the highest quality standards in all aspects of your performance.
• Use your own initiative to solve technical problems related to reactive maintenance, sourcing parts and materials, and seeking manufacturer support when needed.
• Provide detailed reports of work carried out to keep clients informed.
• Complete all work within agreed timescales, adhering to regulations and contract specifications.
• Follow reporting and recording procedures, including operation and maintenance logs and risk control measures.
• Utilise PDAs or electronic devices to complete work tasks.
• Coordinate closely with the control hub for efficient response to all tasks, working independently or as part of a team.
• Observe health and safety standards at all times, conducting risk assessments for each task.
• Interact professionally with clients daily, representing the company courteously and professionally.
• Provide regular out-of-hours cover on a rota system.
