You will undertake responsive and planned repairs to occupied properties, including plumbing repairs, remedial carpentry, tiling, and plastering works around Basildon and surrounding areas.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience working in social housing properties.
• Ability to undertake remedial duties outside core trade.
• Trade-related qualification such as NVQ or C&G.
• Full UK driving license.

Offer Details

Salary: GBP 38,000 + van and fuel card and benefits.
