Job summary

Birmingham-based social housing contractor is seeking an experienced Multi-Trade Plumber to join the team on a 12-week temp-to-perm contract. The role covers reactive and planned maintenance, carrying out repairs and ensuring high-quality standards on Social Housing properties.

The successful candidate will work on a 12-week contract with a permanent salary of up to £33,600 per year, and a pay rate of £22-£23 per hour CIS. A van and fuel card are provided to support site work.

Qualifications

• Experience as a plumber or multi-skilled tradesperson.
• Full, clean driving licence (max 5 points).

Responsibilities

• Carry out repairs and maintenance tasks on Social Housing properties, ensuring all work meets high-quality standards.
• Take ownership of assigned work, aiming to resolve issues on the first visit to minimise repeat visits and disruptions.
• Complete all tasks within allocated budgets and timelines to maintain operational efficiency.
• Operate in accordance with company Health and Safety policies to ensure a safe working environment.
• Keep up to date with the latest technical advancements and legal requirements relevant to your areas of expertise.
• Execute duties with minimal supervision whilst maintaining professionalism and a strong commitment to quality.

Our client is looking for an experienced Multi-Trade Plumberto join their team for a a 12 week temp to perm contract working on social housing in Birmingham.The successful Multi-Trade Plumberwill have experience working onboth reactive and planned maintenance and will carry out repairs and maintenance tasks on Social Housing properties.

The pay rate for this role is £22-23PH CIS and the rolecomes with a van and fuel card.

This role is a 12 week temp to perm role and the permanent salary will be up to £33,600 per annum.
