City of Lincoln Council is seeking a Multi-Skilled Plasterer to join our Housing Repairs Service based at Hamilton House in Lincoln, offering responsibilities in plastering repairs, level access showers, door widening and accessible adaptations. You will undertake kitchen and bathroom repairs and participate in void and occupied properties, with emphasis on quality workmanship and customer service.

You will be required to install level access showers, widen doors and make minor adaptations such as fitting grab handles and stair rails. Other duties will include undertaking general repair and maintenance tasks associated to plastering including bathroom and kitchen repairs and installations.
