Job Details

Looking for a Multi Skilled Plasterer to join a leading property services company based in Chingford.

Offering up to GBP38,000 + van and fuel card, along with great benefits.

Responsibilities

• Experience with social housing projects and completing day-to-day repair works in void or occupied properties.
• Carry out all plastering works to an excellent standard, and perform other repair works outside your core trade, such as painting and decorating, mould washing, and remedial tiling.

Requirements

• Full UK manual driving licence for at least 12 months.
• Trade-related qualification (NVQ2, C&G).
• Experience within social housing works.
• Customer-focused attitude.
