This role

We are recruiting an experienced multi-skilled Plasterer, preferably with social housing or local authority experience. You will undertake plastering and trade repairs, delivering high-quality, cost-effective building services to our customers.

Requirements include:

1. Competency in trade tasks, NVQ2 or equivalent qualification, and relevant experience
2. Skills in plaster boarding, skimming/bonding, and external rendering
3. Optional skills in carpentry or other trades
4. Preferred qualifications: Abrasive Wheel training, PASMA, and ability to read construction drawings
5. Compliance with legislation, British Standards, and safety protocols
6. Full manual UK driving license; company van provided

Additional information:

We conduct a DBS check post-offer, which will be renewed every 3 years, to ensure safety and high-quality service delivery.

Salary: £35,266 - £37,122
