Job description

We work with some of the UK's largest building owners, landlords & facility managers to provide strategic building repairs, planned maintenance and improvement across all property sectors.

We are looking for a Multis who can plaster entire rooms, the work is in the East London and Southend area to carry out all aspects of housing maintenance services to our clients at a high-quality standard.

Responsibilities:

1. Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on social housing properties.
2. Responding promptly to maintenance requests from our client.
3. Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to high-quality standards.
4. Conducting inspections and identifying areas requiring maintenance or repair.
5. Collaborating with other maintenance team members and contractors as needed.

1. £36,000 P.A. Van and Fuel (£38,000 after probation).
