About Our Company

Purpose of the Role

To operate Stoll machines according to production plans and specifications to deliver high-quality products and meet customer demands.

The Day-to-Day Responsibilities

1. Adhere to the Camira Code of Conduct and comply with all relevant quality, environmental, health & safety, data protection, and corporate legislative requirements.
2. Produce products to the agreed specifications by following established processes.
3. Conduct quality checks to ensure knitted products meet quality standards and are delivered to customers.
4. Maintain Stoll machines in accordance with standard working practices to ensure smooth operation and efficiency.
5. Attend daily meetings to ensure smooth shift handovers.
6. Change over machines as needed to maintain continuous manufacturing processes.

Other Considerations

• Data input responsibilities.
• Previous experience or understanding of continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience in a production environment or as a machine operator is beneficial.
• Methodical approach to work.

Shift Pattern

This position requires working a 3-week rotational shift pattern:

• Week 1: Monday to Friday, 06:00 - 14:00
• Week 2: Monday to Friday, 14:00 - 22:00
• Week 3: Sunday to Thursday, 22:00 - 06:00
