Trent & Dove is a provider of affordable housing across East Staffordshire, South Derbyshire and North West Leicestershire. We provide and manage in excess of 6000 homes including homes for families.
Providing good quality homes is a priority to us and our repairs service is a key component of this. In order to ensure delivery of an efficient and high-quality repairs service to our customers we are looking to recruit the following roles into our Responsive Repairs and Voids team:
MULTI SKILLED OPERATIVE
40 hours per week.

We are looking to recruit a multi-skilled operative to carry out general maintenance works and must have the following skills -
You will ideally have served an apprenticeship in a primary trade and have an NVQ level 2 minimum or equivalent qualification, with proven ability of working in general maintenance and carrying out multi discipline tasks in a domestic environment.
The successful candidates will ensure all work is undertaken to a high standard with the minimum of supervision to diagnose faults and deliver effective solutions to our customers. You will take ownership of work, aiming for 'First Time Fix' on all jobs whilst remaining within budget and time parameters. You will also operate within company Health and Safety guidelines and remain up to date with technical and legal requirements of your skill areas. All candidates require a full UK driving licence.
