Multi Trade Operative - Commercial & Residential Maintenance

We are seeking a Multi Trade Operative for commercial and high-end residential maintenance work in Regent Street. This is a permanent position offering up to £42,000 per year.

Responsibilities include:

1. Carpentry and plumbing repairs
2. Fencing, replacement of rainwater goods, overcladding
3. Window care and repair
4. Brickwork, pointing, rendering, plastering
5. General making good

About You:

• Hold a relevant City and Guilds or NVQ Level 2 qualification in a core trade, with additional secondary trade skills
• Excellent H&S knowledge
• Customer-focused, experienced working in occupied properties
• Passionate about high-quality repairs, completed on time and first time
• Ideally hold a Blue CSCS card
• Expertise in multiple trades such as plumbing, carpentry, painting, and repairs
• Reliable, hardworking, flexible for overtime and out-of-hours work
• Experience in maintenance and building environments within commercial or residential sectors
• Understanding of HSE standards
• Full UK Driver’s License (not essential)
• Experience with handheld technology or smartphones
• Pride in delivering high standards
• Good communication skills and customer service orientation
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the building industry
