Job Opportunity: Multi-skilled Operative

Join our client, a dynamic and growing organisation, as a Multi-skilled Operative. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to be part of a friendly and supportive team, utilizing your skills and advancing your career.

Working Hours and Pay

Monday to Friday, 8am-4:30pm, totaling 40 hours per week. The position offers a pay rate of £11.44 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Use hand and power tools to assemble timber trusses, including cutting, joining, and fastening.
• Perform quality control and inspect finished goods.
• Assist with manual handling tasks, maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
• Collaborate effectively with team members, bringing positive energy and a teamwork mindset.
• Opportunity to learn new skills, including operating saw machines (no previous experience required).
• Knowledge of timber is advantageous but not essential.
