Mears Group in Cambridge/Cottenham is seeking a hands-on Multi Skilled Operative to carry out trades across residential properties, with emphasis on damp and mould remediation. The role is permanent, full-time, offering a salary up to £36,050 and a company van with a fuel card.
You will work independently and with colleagues, performing carpentry, plumbing, tiling and decorating, while adhering to safety and customer service standards.

Salary: £36,050 per annum, company van and fuel card provided, overtime available with enhanced rates, out of hours rota participation required.

This is a hands‑on role requiring a versatile individual who can carry out a range of trade activities including carpentry, plumbing, tiling, decorating and general maintenance works. You will work both independently and alongside colleagues to ensure properties are maintained to a high standard, with a particular focus on damp and mould remediation.
As a Multi Skilled Operative, you will carry out a variety of maintenance, repair, and disrepair works across residential properties, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

To drive a Mears vehicle, you must be aged over 21 have held your licence over 3 months and have less than 9 points.
