Job description

Due to contract expansion, we are seeking a Multi Skilled Operative to join our team. As a Multi Skilled Operative, your main duties will include repairs and refurbishment activities in our occupied accommodation properties, delivering best in class customer service and satisfying all safety, quality, and cost control standards.

Your primary responsibilities will involve:

1. Completing general repairs on homes, including changing doors, taps, baths, and fixing radiators.
2. Carrying out varied property maintenance tasks.
3. Performing property inspections.

Role Criteria:

• Experience and knowledge in at least 3 trades.
• NVQ Level 2 or above in a core trade (desirable).
• Full UK driving license.
• Ability to work as a team and independently.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel.

All roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work within the UK. Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship.
