Job summary

Daniel Owen Ltd is recruiting a Mobile Mechanical/HVAC Engineer to join a leading facilities management contract covering approximately 160 sites across Hampshire.

You will carry out PPMs, reactive maintenance, and general building services, ensuring health and safety compliance. The role requires a mechanical maintenance background and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical maintenance with building services.
• Multi-skilled maintenance capability across site facilities.
• Driving licence is essential; DBS check required.
• Air conditioning work will be ~10% of role; AC qualifications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs).
• Reactive maintenance and fault finding.
• Mechanical plant maintenance.
• General building services maintenance.
• Ensuring compliance and health & safety standards are met.
• Managing your own workload across multiple sites with PPM schedules provided one month in advance.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
