RG Setsquare is recruiting a Mobile Multi-Skilled Electrical Engineer to support healthcare sites across Elstree, Chelmsford, Maidstone and Royal Tunbridge Wells. You will travel between sites delivering planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring safety, compliance and operational reliability.

The role requires strong fault-finding, building services knowledge and the ability to plan workload and work independently. Healthcare experience is beneficial though not essential.

Responsabilidades

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance.
• Electrical fault finding, repairs and general building services maintenance.
• Undertaking compliance inspections and statutory checks.
• Supporting fire alarm and emergency lighting testing.
• Carrying out and supporting water hygiene activities.
• Supporting AHU, HVAC and general mechanical building services.
• Supervising specialist contractors and subcontractors.
• Managing contractor access, permits and safe systems of work.
• Maintaining accurate maintenance and compliance records.
• Responding to breakdowns and engineering issues.
• Providing general engineering support across the portfolio.
• Building strong working relationships with site teams and customers.
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and in accordance with relevant procedures.

Are you an electrically qualified engineer with strong building services maintenance experience?

We are recruiting for a Mobile Multi-Skilled Electrical Engineer to support a portfolio of healthcare sites across Elstree, Chelmsford, Maidstone and Royal Tunbridge Wells.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer who enjoys working independently, managing their own workload and providing a high standard of maintenance and engineering support across multiple locations.

Healthcare experience would be advantageous but is not essential for the right candidate.

The Role

You will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of building services across a number of healthcare environments, ensuring sites remain safe, compliant and fully operational.

The role will involve travelling between sites and working closely with local teams, contractors and other stakeholders.

About You

Working Pattern

• Monday to Friday, with the role covering multiple sites across the region.
• There will be approximately 10 weekends per year where weekend attendance will be required to support or supervise out-of-hours maintenance activities.
