Job summary

Daniel Owen Ltd is recruiting a Mobile Mechanical/HVAC Engineer to service approximately 160 sites across Hampshire. The role is mobile with a basic salary of £40,000 - £44,000, Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm, with a temp-to-perm pathway and a company van provided.

Ideal candidates will have a mechanical maintenance background, an air conditioning qualification, multi-skilled maintenance experience, and a valid UK driving licence. A Basic DBS check and NPPV clearance are also preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs).
• Perform reactive maintenance and fault finding.
• Maintain mechanical plant and general building services.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
• Manage workload across multiple sites with PPM schedules.
• Cover Hampshire area on a mobile basis.

Location: Hampshire (Mobile Role)
Ideal Base: Southampton / Winchester
Salary: £40,000 - £44,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

We are recruiting for a Mobile Mechanical/HVAC Engineer to join a leading Facilities Management contract covering approximately 160 sites across Hampshire.

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs)
• Reactive maintenance and fault finding
• Mechanical plant maintenance
• General building services maintenance
• Ensuring compliance and health & safety standards are met
• Managing your own workload across multiple sites with PPM schedules provided one month in advance

Requirements

• Mechanical maintenance background
• Air Conditioning qualification
• Multi-skilled maintenance experience
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Basic DBS check
• Non-Police Personnel Vetting (NPPV)

Additional Information

Air conditioning work is expected to make up approximately 10% of the role. Therefore, we are ideally seeking a multi-skilled, mechanically biased engineer who also holds AC qualifications
