Ernest Gordon Recruitment are advertising a Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical or Electrical) position in Leominster. You will maintain food production machinery, carry out PPM and RM, and support internal maintenance projects to ensure minimal downtime and smooth plant operation.

The role offers £41,000 - £46,000 per year, with fully funded training, progression opportunities, life assurance, and a two-week rotating shift pattern (early and late) with some weekends and paid overtime.

Qualifications

• Maintenance Engineer with mechanical or electrical background.
• Experience in PPM and RM of production machinery.
• Ability to work rotating shifts with potential weekends and overtime.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• PPM and RM of food production machinery and equipment
• Assisting with internal maintenance projects
• Ensure health and safety standards are obtained
• 2 week rotating shift pattern with early (05:30-13:30) and late (9:30-17:30) weekday shifts, with occasional weekends & paid overtime
