Job summary

Danish Crown UK is seeking a hands-on multi-skilled engineer to maintain, service and optimise critical factory machinery at our Rochdale site. You will cover rotating early and late shifts, ensuring production runs safely and smoothly.

Join a supportive engineering team, apply preventative and predictive maintenance, log activities in CMMS, and work closely with cross-functional colleagues to improve OEE and equipment reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience in preventative, predictive and corrective maintenance in manufacturing.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities in a safety-focused environment.
• Analytical mindset with commitment to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain and repair factory equipment to achieve KPIs and optimise OEE.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns with effective fault diagnosis and repairs.
• Execute preventative and predictive maintenance using root cause analysis (RCA).
• Log maintenance activities in CMMS and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
