• Experience supervising technical teams in engineering or manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Direct, plan and schedule shift engineering personnel, setting daily objectives.
• Lead line fault-finding activities and coordinate resource prioritisation to minimise downtime.
• Plan and execute site equipment maintenance, maintain plant records and ensure compliance with standards.
• Apply Lean or Six Sigma methodologies to improve efficiency, safety, and food safety on shift.
