Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer for a manufacturing site in Gloucester. The role focuses on planned and reactive maintenance across conveyors, packaging machinery, roller mills, and purifiers, with set hours and no overtime.

Working on a large site within an established food manufacturer, you will join a small, skilled engineering team and rotate between double day shifts (6am-3pm, 1pm-10pm) with an on-call 1-in-3 rota.

Are you a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer or similar from a Manufacturing/Production background, looking for a stable role with set working hours and no overtime, working on a large site with a variety of old, refurbished, and new machinery?

On offer is the opportunity to work for an established food manufacturer with over 50 years of industry experience, as part of a small and skillful Engineering team, in a varied and exciting role working on a variety of Manufacturing machinery?

In this role you will be responsible for both planned and reactive Maintenance on a variety of manufacturing machinery including but not limited to conveyors, packaging machinery, roller mills, and purifiers.

This role would suit a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer or similar from a Manufacturing/Production background, looking for a stable role with set working hours and no overtime, at a well-established food manufacturer.
