Ernest Gordon Recruitment seeks a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer for a large food manufacturer in Gloucester. You will perform planned and reactive maintenance on conveyors, packaging machinery, roller mills and purifiers, ensuring minimal downtime and safety adherence.

The role offers double day shifts (6am-3pm and 1pm-10pm) with a 1 in 3 on-call rota and a salary of £52,000-£57,000 plus a company bonus. Commute to Gloucester required; join a small, skilled engineering team.

Qualifications

• Experience in planned and reactive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Background in FMCG/manufacturing or production.
• Willing to work double day shifts and 1 in 3 on-call rota.
• Able to commute to Gloucester.
