Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a skilled Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer for a leading food manufacturer near Gloucester. The role offers stable hours with no overtime and a salary of £52,000 - £57,000 plus a company bonus.

You will join a small, expert engineering team and be responsible for both planned and reactive maintenance across a variety of machinery, including conveyors, packaging lines, roller mills and purifiers, on a large site with long-term career progression.

Are you a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer or similar from a Manufacturing/Production background, looking for a stable role with set working hours and no overtime, working on a large site with a variety of old, refurbished, and new machinery?

On offer is the opportunity to work for an established food manufacturer with over 50 years of industry experience, as part of a small and skillful Engineering team, in a varied and exciting role working on a variety of Manufacturing machinery?

In this role you will be responsible for both planned and reactive Maintenance on a variety of manufacturing machinery including but not limited to conveyors, packaging machinery, roller mills, and purifiers.

This role would suit a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer or similar from a Manufacturing/Production background, looking for a stable role with set working hours and no overtime, at a well-established food manufacturer.

The Role

• Planned and reactive maintenance of a variety of Manufacturing/Production machinery
• Working on conveyors, packaging machinery, roller mills, and purifiers
• Double days shift, rotating between Monday to Friday 6am - 3pm, and 1pm to 10pm, with a 30-minute un-paid break
• 1 in 3 call out Rota, Monday to Sunday 10pm - 6am
