Job summary

Resourcing Partnership Ltd is seeking a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to support our production team in a meat/food manufacturing environment. You will maintain mechanical, electrical, PLC control and refrigeration systems to ensure maximum uptime and production efficiency.

Joining a 4 on/4 off rotating shift pattern (12 hour days and nights), you will troubleshoot faults, perform preventative maintenance, and work with a proactive, team‑oriented approach to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Electrical or mechanical qualification required.
• Experience in manufacturing, preferably meat/food.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, PLC, refrigeration and PTW systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team-oriented with a proactive attitude.
• Wiring experience and PLC structure awareness; CI and lean experience beneficial.
• Passion for food and alignment with company values.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
