• Willingness for occasional national travel and stay aways.

Responsibilities

• Conduct light mechanical and electrical work within competence.
• Perform minor plumbing and heating repairs.
• Conduct minor electrical tasks like fitting changes.
• Carry out plant-room checks and minor repairs.
• Fault-find and make-safe; assist with escape specialist works.
• Handle reactive call-outs, planned works, and project works.
• Support with minor carpentry and flooring tasks.
• Perform painting, decorating, and minor roofing works.
