Job summary

Pioneer Selection Ltd in Welwyn Garden City is recruiting a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer for a fast-paced, automated manufacturing environment. You will handle electrical and mechanical maintenance, fault finding and breakdown response, plus preventative maintenance to maximise uptime.

You will also support continuous improvement projects and equipment upgrades, collaborating with production to enhance safety and performance. Modern equipment and long-term progression await.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience in a manufacturing or automated environment.
• Electrical fault-finding experience.
• Ideally electrically biased.
• Flexibility to work overtime and on-call rota.

Job Role of the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

• Maintenance experience within a manufacturing background or automated environment
• Hands on experience with pre-planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in fast paced industrial factory.
• Engineering Qualification Requirements for the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer
• Ideally electrically biased
• Flexibility to work overtime and call-out rota
• Motors, sensors, inverters, control panels and three-phase systems, bearings, chains, belts, pneumatics
• Electrical fault-finding experience.

Desirable Requirements for the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

• Previous experience working as a Maintenance Engineer in the UK.
