Job summary

Nestlé Purina in Wisbech, Cambridgeshire, is recruiting a Multi-Skilled Shift Engineer to join the reliability maintenance team. You will maintain machine line performance, support safe production, and drive improvements while working a 4 days on / 4 days off shift pattern, including days and nights.

Qualifications

• Foundation of experience in both mechanical and electrical engineering.
• Commitment to safety and quality in manufacturing environments.
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles and TPM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Machine maintenance and improvement activities for your line.
• Drive a safe culture and eliminate safety risks.
• Ensure products manufactured meet quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvements in key operational processes.
• Collaborate with MWG/AWG to drive improvements using inspections and maintenance analytics.
