Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is seeking a Maintenance Engineer for a major food manufacturing site in Banbury. You will perform planned and reactive maintenance on production machinery with a focus on conveyors, pneumatics, hydraulics and PLCs.

The role operates on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern (6am-6pm, 6pm-6am) and offers a salary of £45,000 - £50,000 with potential funded training and progression.

Qualifications

• PPM and RM experience on conveyors, pneumatics, hydraulics and PLCs.
• Experience in a busy food manufacturing environment.
• 18th Edition training or equivalent is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Perform planned and reactive maintenance on production machinery.
• Work on conveyors, pneumatics, hydraulics and PLCs with training provided.
• Support continuous improvement and equipment reliability on site.
