Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer -

Shifts: Days (Monday-Friday)

Location: St Helens

Salary: £44,000

Are you a skilled Maintenance Engineer looking for a days-based role in a fast-paced FMCG environment? Our Client is seeking a proactive and experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their dynamic team in St Helens.

The Role:

1. Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on production machinery.
2. Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults to minimise downtime.
3. Work collaboratively with production teams to improve equipment reliability.
4. Ensure compliance with health & safety and industry regulations.
5. Contribute to continuous improvement projects within the plant.

Requirements of the Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer:

1. Multi-skilled/ Electrical background - mechanical and electrical experience required.
2. Previous experience in an FMCG, food, or manufacturing environment.
3. Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Must be Level 3 qualified minimum.
