Job Description:

This role offers a salary of £44,000 - £45,000 per annum, plus pension and overtime. Located in Knowsley, Merseyside, within a fast-paced manufacturing industry, the role involves working on a 3-shift pattern (6-2, 2-10, 10-6).

Role Overview:

  • Providing reactive and preventative maintenance (PPM) on production equipment.
  • Working within a team of maintenance engineers on cranes, electrical machines, and other machinery.
  • Maintaining various machinery within the manufacturing environment.
  • Fault finding both mechanically and electrically.
  • Assisting with new machinery installation and maintenance.
  • Reporting to the Engineering Shift Manager.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Electrical and mechanical maintenance engineering experience.
  • Engineering qualifications such as HNC, NVQ, or C&G.
  • Fault finding abilities both mechanically and electrically.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Experience in maintenance engineering within an industrial manufacturing setting.
